HOW IT ALL STARTED
The Redeemed Christian Church of God-Overcomers’ Assembly for all Nations, pastored by Pastors David and Pastor Mrs. Margaret Ukpokpo was commissioned on May 10, 2010 at 11 Freeman street, Stoughton, Mass with Pastor Ukpokpo and his family. Since it’s humble beginning the church has steadily grown as the Lord continued to add to it membership supernaturally. As the church continued to expand, Ministers were ordained to oversee different ministry units within the church. The church has presently moved from number 11 to 7 in the same building.
In addition to catering to the spiritual needs and welfare of its congregation, the church was led to launch an outreach arm called Operations 1:27 to minister to widows and orphans in developing countries. This same arm of the church also visits the prisons. The church occasionally host programs like prayer conferences, praise night and many such programs as a way of reaching out to the community. The Church is situated right in the heart of Stoughton and preparing to move to its permanent site
